Order and Contact Information[Privacy] [Our Vision]
Availability and DeliveryWe usually create (or "run") sets of parts for each of the instruments we offer at least once per year. Therefore, we often have instrument parts in-stock and available for immediate shipment. More often, however, part sets will sell out quickly (sometimes before a particular run is even completed); if we are temporarily out of the parts you wish to order you will be notified of the date we expect the next run to be completed. Should you order a finished instrument you must allow time for assembly and decoration. Most of our custom, finished instruments take one year from the order date to complete.PaymentWe accept the Visa, MasterCard and Discover Card as well as personal checks.![]() A simple phone call, fax or E-mail telling us what you'd like to order and how you wish to pay will get the ordering process under way. Once you place a 25% deposit we will begin work on your finished instrument or reserve a set of parts for you. When work is approximately 50% complete on your finished instrument we will ask for another 25% of the original balance due. You may make additional payments from that point on or pay the remaining balance due upon completion. Contact Information
